These terms govern paid subscriptions to Archade Metrics, sold by Archade Design Solutions di Carlo Maria Crespi Perellino, Via Santo Stefano 23, 40125 Bologna (BO), Italy, VAT no. 04249951205, REA BO 580050, email studio@archadedesign.com, certified email (PEC) archadedesignsolutions@pec.it, telephone +39 351 499 9599. They are in addition to the Terms of service. Like the service, subscriptions are reserved for businesses and professionals with a VAT number.
1. Free beta
The service is free until 9 October 2027, with every feature and no credit card. At the end of the beta the account does not switch to a paid plan on its own: we will let you know by email at least 30 days in advance and you choose whether to activate a plan and which one. If you do not choose a plan we may close the account, notifying you by email first and giving you at least 30 days to export your data.
2. Plans and prices
The plans, what they include and the prices are shown on the Pricing page of the website and on the Subscription page of the app, before payment. The prices currently planned after the beta are Base 9, Pro 24 and Studio 69 euros a month, excluding VAT; with yearly payment you pay for 10 months. Before payments start we will confirm the price.
3. Founder price
Organisations that sign up during the beta get a 30% discount on the list price of the chosen plan, as long as the subscription remains active without interruption. The discount is tied to the organisation and cannot be transferred or converted into cash.
4. How the contract is concluded
The contract is concluded when you choose a plan on the Subscription page of the app and complete payment on Stripe. You receive the confirmation and receipt by email; you can also find them in the app.
5. Payment, renewal and cancellation
You pay in advance by card or with the other methods offered by Stripe, monthly or yearly depending on the plan. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, until you cancel it from the app: cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid and until then the service remains active. For yearly subscriptions we send you a reminder at least 7 days before renewal. Periods already started are not refunded, except as provided in these terms.
6. Invoices and VAT
When activating you provide company name, VAT number, tax code, address and recipient code or certified email. We issue electronic invoices in accordance with Italian law. Customers with a VAT number from another European Union country that is valid in the VIES system are invoiced without VAT under the reverse charge; for customers outside the Union the rules of the country where the service is supplied apply.
7. Non-payment
If a renewal fails, Stripe retries for a few days and we notify you by email and in the app. If payment does not arrive within 7 days of the due date we may suspend the subscription until you update your payment method. The data is kept; if payment does not arrive within 30 days of the due date we may close the account, with notice by email. Unpaid amounts accrue the interest provided for by Italian Legislative Decree 231/2002 on late payments in commercial transactions.
8. Plan and price changes
You can switch to another plan from the app: the difference is calculated pro rata. If we change prices we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the renewal they apply to: if you do not agree you can cancel before then.
9. Support
For support write to studio@archadedesign.com: we normally reply within two working days. The limitations of liability and the other rules of the service are in the Terms of service.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
Italian law applies. The court of Bologna has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
